Virtual Personal Training
$75 per session
Everything that you would receive in person, but without factoring in travel time! COVID brought immense change to almost every industry, and MMM has changed with the new normals. Training online is not only convenient, but 100% safe due to no in person contact, while still providing detail and a personalized approach to you and your specific fitness goals. A Google Meet link is sent via calendar invite that you follow to ‘arrive’ at each session. I work with any equipment/props you have available to you- don’t worry if you have none, we can still work with your body weight or common household items! Virtual personal training is also much more financially feasible as there are no travel, location, parking, equipment, etc fees incorporated.

Adding in our recipe books + nutrition essentials guide to ensure you are checking all boxes when it comes to overall wellness, inside & out, and
Scheduling frequent check ins to help you stay on track.

Stretch Therapy
$100 per session
I utilize a technique called Assisted Active Isolated Stretch Therapy, performing 52+ stretches from head to toe. The client does no work besides relaxing while I asses the national range of motion on various parts of the body.
Throughout my experience as a fitness professional I have had great clients come ready to train, but still run into physical limitations. This can be due to past injury neglections or simply, overactive, tight muscles, that are too tense to solo stretch. I learned proper flexibility training is necessary to regain, maintain, and increase functional mobility, so I decided to further my education in Flexibility Training. This has allowed me to improve my clients health at a multi angled approach.
Personal Training
$100 per session
I provide a safe and effective combination of flexibility training as well as corrective exercises; to not only meet your goals, but to meet the physical necessities to enhance your athletic performance. I specialize in correcting muscular imbalances, increasing strength hypertrophy, and assisted stretch recovery. You can find me incorporating a combination of resistance techniques with SAQ Training (Speed, Agility, Quickness) in a triple set series to maximize calorie burn.
I have worked with all demographics and clientele types. From the elderly struggling with osteoporosis and osteopenia, your weekend go-er who needs that extra push, those who seek to lose weight, gain lean muscle mass, or shred and tone, celebrities who want to maintain an attractive physique, to the high performing athletes- high school, collegiate, semi pro, and pro.
